Basic Medical Education

The Department of Medical Education conducted a Basic Medical Education workshop on 18th & 19th December 2012 which was attended by teaching faculty of the college. Many interesting and important topics were covered in the form of interactive sessions, brain storming, role plays and games. The topics included teaching learning principles, formation of objectives, student assessment and curriculum planning. The workshop was jointly organized by DME, HIHT University and Zonal Centre – CMC Ludhiana. The observer to the workshop was Dr. Richa Ghay Thaman from SGRD, Amritsar a FAIMER fellow.
